ARE WOMEN´S RIGHTS ABUSED WHNE THE STATE DOES NOT PREVENT, INVETIGATE OR PUNISH MALE VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN? This essay offers the second part of Dr Hasanbegovic´s analysis of the State Responsibility on the phenomenon of domestic violence on grounds of lacking the due diligence to investigate, punish and prevent violence against women (in this article) in heterosexual intimate relations, offering findings on a comparative analysis of State responses in Cuba, Brasil and Argentina.
